Kangaya A. Cerullo

Advocate of the High Court of Kenya

Kangaya A. Cerullo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over five years’ experience in legal, regulatory and compliance practice. He has advised fintechs, payment providers, financial institutions and corporate clients on matters spanning African and European markets, and works closely with founders, executives and boards. He combines regulatory depth with commercial judgment and turns complex requirements into decisions clients can act on.

His practice spans Corporate & Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contract Law, Financial Services Law & Banking and Finance, Compliance & Governance, IP Law, Conveyancing, and Immigration Law.

Kangaya holds an LLB from Strathmore University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of Law. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementor, and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He is currently pursuing the Certified Secretaries course.
